Sizes Retail: 400 g / 800 g / 1 kg branded pouches.

Availability Frozen potato products are supplied year-round. Potatoes are processed from fresh harvest and stored crop depending on season, then washed, peeled (optional), cut, blanched, dewatered and IQF-frozen or par-fried per spec.
Description & Features High-quality Egyptian potatoes processed into premium frozen formats. Options for par-frying level, cut-size, seasoning and coating for extended convenience and product differentiation.
Processing & Handling Washing, peeling (if requested), cutting to specified cut size, blanching (time/temperature controlled), dewatering, optional par-frying, IQF freezing or freezing into blocks, hygienic packing and continuous cold-chain management.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical frozen shelf life 12–36 months depending on process (IQF vs par-fried), oil load and packaging.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP/organic on request. Export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, COA and lab reports provided as required.
Marketing Note Private label, cut-size, par-fry level, coating and seasoning customization available. Samples and technical specifications can be provided on request for buyers and foodservice customers.
