Availability Frozen eggplant products are supplied year-round. Fresh eggplant harvest peaks in late spring and summer (varies by variety/region); product is processed (washing, cutting, optional blanching/pre-fry) and IQF-frozen or packed to customer specification immediately after processing.

Processing & Handling Sorting, washing, cutting to specified cut size, optional blanching or pre-frying, dewatering, IQF freezing and hygienic packing. Rapid processing and temperature control to preserve quality.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP / organic upon request. Phytosanitary certificates, COA and lab reports provided for export when required.
Marketing Note Private label, custom cut sizes (slices, cubes), pre-fry levels and bespoke pack formats available. Samples, COA and traceability documentation provided upon request for international buyers.
