Description & Features Premium Egyptian artichoke hearts — tender, uniformly trimmed hearts with preserved texture and flavor through controlled blanching and rapid IQF freezing. Suitable for retail frozen, foodservice, ready-meals, pizzas, salads (thawed), and industrial applications.
Processing & Handling Grading, trimming (removal of outer leaves/stems), blanching or steam treatment (if requested), dewatering, IQF freezing or chilled/canned processing (marination, sterilization). Hygienic packing and traceability with continuous temperature control for frozen lines.
Storage & Shelf Life Frozen: store at ≤ -18°C. Typical frozen shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity. Canned/jarred marinated formats: ambient shelf life per processing (check label for specifics).
