Form IQF whole figs, halved, sliced or diced; pitted on request. Glazed or unsweetened IQF options available for different markets.
Sizes Retail: 200 g / 400 g / 1 kg branded pouches.
Catering: 2.5 kg bags.
Bulk: 10 kg bags (single bag per export carton).
Industrial: 20–25 kg boxes or frozen drums for puree/pulp.
Custom portion sizes available on request.
Packing & Packages – Bulk: 1 x 10 kg PE/PA vacuum bag per export carton.
– Catering: 4 x 2.5 kg vacuum bags per carton box.
– Retail: Branded heat-sealed pouches 200 g / 400 g / 1 kg in sealed inner bags; secondary packing into export cartons.
– Puree/pulp in frozen drums or aseptic packs on request.
– MAP / cryovac / vacuum packaging options to improve shelf-life and appearance.
Pallet & Container Info – Approx. 900–1,200 retail pouches per pallet depending on bag size & carton config.
– Bulk 10 kg cartons: approx. 100–120 cartons per pallet depending on carton dimensions and stacking pattern.
– ~18–22 pallets / 40 FT Reefer Container depending on stacking; maintain continuous cold-chain at ≤ -18°C.

Availability Frozen figs are processed from fresh harvest (peak Jul–Sep for many Egyptian varieties) and supplied year-round. Varietal specifics (e.g., Black Mission, Kadota, Smyrna) can be added upon request.
Description & Features Sweet, aromatic figs with preserved texture and flavor after IQF processing. Suitable for retail frozen packs, bakery, confectionery, smoothie and ingredient use.
Processing & Handling Sorting, washing, optional peeling/coring, halving/slicing, optional blanching or glazing, rapid IQF freezing and hygienic packing. Cold-chain integrity essential.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical frozen shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP / organic upon request. Phytosanitary certificates, COA and lab reports provided for export when required.
